Steve Fletcher Company Sectarial Manager
Based in the St Asaph office and responsible for Company Secretarial services, Steve joined the firm in January 2008 having previously gained 20 years experience in financial services. Much of Steve's work within the Financial Services industry was concerned with compliance matters and his duties included dealing directly with the Regulators.
His compliance background has formed a solid foundation from which he hopes to expand his already busy department even further.
